Morphology 2017 will be held at Safrankuv pavilon (Alej Svobody 31, 323 18, Plzeň) of the Faculty of Medicine in Pilsen. In the map below, the site of the venue is indicated by a blue marker. The entrance to Safrankuv pavilon is somewhat obscured by trees (see here), so don't worry if you can't see it at first glance.

Three tram lines, which form the axes of public transport in Pilsen, are also shown in the map (click here for more details on Pilsen public transport). You can also view several recommended hotels by turning on the appropriate layer (show the sidebar by clicking the button in the upper left corner of the map and then check the relevant checkbox). When flying to Prague

When flying to the Czech Republic, you will probably arrive at the Václav Havel Airport in Prague (red mark on the map). To get to Pilsen, which will take you about two to three hours, you can take either a coach or a train.

From the airport bus line nr. 100 will take you to the Bus Station Praha-Zličín (yellow mark, pronounced as "Zli-cheen"). Regular Prague public transport fare of 32 CZK applies here, tickets can be bought using ticket machines, which accept Czech Crown coins, or via a text message from your phone. At Zličín, you can take either a coach to Pilsen (booking in advance highly recommended) or continue by subway (in Prague it is called Metro) line B to the Main Train Station Prague (blue mark). Trains to Pilsen depart from there. An airport shuttle bus offering direct transport between the Airport and the Main Train Station is also available (tickets are purchased directly from the driver).
